Pinterest connects people with ideas. We wanted to challenge people’s curiosity with a campaign that urged them to engage with Pinterest in real-time. All photos are pulled from Pinterest.
Pinterest connects people with ideas. We wanted to challenge people’s curiosity with a campaign that urged them to engage with Pinterest in real-time. All photos are pulled from Pinterest.




We first created posters that highlighted the ideas you can find on Pinterest beyond what many people expect to find.

Then, we created a set of wheatpaste posters that encouraged passersby to steal them right off the walls. When a poster was stolen, a QR code was revealed that linked the scanner to the image that was taken off the wall.



We then created the chance to ask for ideas straight from Pinterest through a text campaign. Users would text an idea and get a photo right back, connecting them with ideas without even needing the app.
